"Hello, I’m Basia Caire, a passionate and family-oriented real estate agent who loves helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership and investment success. My husband and I fell in love with Joliet, Illinois, and in 2011, we took a leap of faith and purchased our first investment property. Since then, our journey has been nothing short of amazing, as we’ve acquired and transformed over 20 properties.
Together with my husband and brother-in-law—both skilled contractors and home inspectors—we form a dedicated team that offers a unique blend of expertise. From rehabbing neglected properties to assisting hundreds of clients with their projects, we pride ourselves on turning challenges into opportunities and houses into homes.
Currently, we’re working on a personal labor of love: restoring our forever home, a massive 1894 Victorian treasure that had been severely neglected. This project reflects our commitment to preserving the beauty and character of homes while building something meaningful for our family.
